Multi-Unit Improvement |
The process for multi-unit improvements generally starts with an overall assessment of the building’s current condition. This may involve a forensic architectural review to discover or clarify any issues with the condition of the building. The next phase involves the design process, including renderings and elevations to convey the overall improvements. DLM Architects is involved throughout the entire process. We don’t believe in simply creating the designs and leaving the construction to others. Because we are so actively involved in architectural and construction reviews through our forensic division, we apply the same care and expertise to supervising construction to ensure the problems we find in this or other buildings don’t take root in an improvement project. |
